This is a market survey to locate additional sources or alternate sources for the overhaul and repair of Video Tape Recorder, NSN 5835-01-430-8724 (Precision Echo), NSN 5835-01-212-1622 (Thompson). Current source for overhaul and repair is Precision Echo, Inc., 3105 Patrick Henry Drive, Santa Clara, CA. Necessary drawings, Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWRs) and Special Test Equipment are not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing an alternate item must so indicate, in writing, to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-N-AA, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. Only those offerors who can meet the total technical and delivery requirements with a fully qualified VTR that meets form, fit and function requirements should respond. Offerors proof of their ability to meet government requirements shall, as a minimum include the following: a.) equipment availability and validated bench and flight test data to show the offeror's capability to meet OH-58 Kiowa Warrior Helicopter operational requirements; b.) availability to meet operational and depot level maintenance manuals (draft manual acceptable); c.) must meet three (3) year performance warranty.
