The Dept. of Surgery, Plastic Surgery Services, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for a brand name or equal to Candela Corp., (1) ea SPTL-1d Vascular Lesion Laser for the treatment of vascular lesions including, but not limited to, port, wine stain birthmarks, hemangiomas, hypertrophic scars, warts, and both facial and leg telangiectasias, and (1) ea PLTL-1 Pigmented Lesion/Tatulazr to treat all tattoo colors and pigment. Each systems shall include all that is necessary for complete installation, testing, demonstration, training and perform routine operation. Contractor shall perform on-site user and biomed training to include standard commercial warranty and (2) preventive maintenance inspections. The Government anticipates to award a firm fixed-price contract. The proposed solicitation contained herein is unrestricted and will be issued o/a 3 Feb 97 and to close o/a 4 Mar 97.
