66 -- HIGH-SPEED /VIDEO RECORDING SYSTEM SOL F08651-97-R-0004 DUE 033197 POC Bonnie Hochmuth, 904-882-8585, Contract Specialist; Lonnie Oswalt, Contracting Officer The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC) intends to solicit competitively under the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, an ultra high-speed video recording system to upgrade the Center's Hellfire Test Facility. The system shall be capable of recording a minimum of 4,000 full frames per second and a minimum of 40,000 pictures per second for immediate playback; continually record video until a trigger is received; and have capability to store pre- and post-trigger video data. Trigger times shall be operator selectable; capable of recording up to 3,000 full frames of video; and capable of downloading recorded video onto standard video tape and PC computer. Resolution of video sensor shall be at least 256 X 256 pixels. The light sensitivity shall be equivalent to ISO 3000 and remote controlled operation capability.
