The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire seven (7) integrated learning system laboratories with integrated computer assisted instruction software, SuccessMaker courseware, and training for the Fort Campbell Schools, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. One (1) each of the seven new laboratories will be installed in Fort Campbell Hign, Wasson Middle, Mahaffey Middle, Marshall Elementary, Jackson Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, and Barkley Elementary schools. Delivery is required thirty days after date of contract award, FOB destination to Fort Campbell Schools, 77 Texas Avenue, Fort Campbell, KY 42223-5127. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a firm fixed price contract, under authority of FAR 6.302-1 and use FAR 12.6 commercial item procedures, with Computer Curriculum Corporation (CCC) of Sunnyvale, CA, since CCC is the only company that can provide curricula materials for a kindergarten through twelfth grade learning environment that includes mathematics, English, science and secondary level career education modules with bilingual and Spanish components.Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, a request for quotations will be issued to CCC. No contract will be made on the basis of information received to this notice. Further, the Navy will not pay for any information provided.
