The geographical areas for each region and the applicable RFP numbers are as follows: Region 1/DCA200-97-R-0048 (Mechanicsburg, PA; Chambersburg, PA; Washington, D.C.); Region 2/ DCAA200-97-R-0052 (Rock Island, IL; St. Louis, MO; Columbus, OH; Dayton, OH); Region 3/DCA200-97-R-0053 (Huntsville, AL; Montgomery, AL; Warner Robins, GA; Jacksonville, FL; New Orleans, LA); Region 4/ DCA200-97-R-0054 (Oklahoma City, OK; San Antonio, TX); and Region 5/ DCA200-97-R-0055 (San Diego, CA; Sacramento, CA; Ogden, UT; Denver, CO). There is a possibility that future requirements may include OCONUS customers. An evaluation preference will be given to offerors who maximize subcontracting to other small businesses vice large businesses, thus further achieving the overall objectives of this acquisition. The Bidders List (BL) will be posted on the www for all potential offerors to use in formulating teaming arrangements, etc. A list of procurement history/existing contracts will also be released on the web. The www will be used to disseminate draft RFP, final RFP, amendments, etc. The intention is not to provide hard copies/disks but to have all potential offerors download documents from the www. If you wish to be included on the BL for RFPs DCA200-97-R-0052/53/54/55 and have already provided a written request via fax or email for DCA200-97-R-0048, do not send another request.
