H -- ELEVATOR INSPECTION SERVICES SOL GS-03P-97-DWC-0016 DUE 031997 POC Thomas Grignol, 215/656-6139 The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, quality control labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided) shall plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure effective performance of all vertical transportations systems at the various locations. The work is to be performed at eight federal buildings (six in Maryland, and two in Delaware). The contract will be for one year, with four, one-year options beginning on or about August 1, 1997. This is an inspection services contract only. The contractor will not be required to perform any repair or maintenance. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be solely involved in vertical transportation systems inspections and cannot be involved in the performance of vertical transportation system maintenance services or repairs under any other contract(s) with other government agencies, corporations or any other entity.
