FISC San Diego has a requirement for annual maintenance for the following HP medical equipment: nine (9) each physiological monitor system, mdl M1092A; five (5) each video monitors, mdl 78510B; three (3) each controllers, mdl 78511B; one (1) each computer patient data system, mdl 7820AC; one (1) each ECG recorder, mdl 78571B; one (1) each ECG recorder, mdl 78572B; one (1) each physio telemetry ECG unit, mdl 7810A; seven (7) each physio telemetry ECG unit, mdl 78101A; one (1) each controller, mdl 78581A; seven (7) each neonatal physio monitor system, mdl 78834C; two (2) each video monitor, mdl 78560A; seven (7) each neonatal physio monitor system, mdl 78834C; and six (6) each physiological system monitor, mdl M1092A. The location of this equipment is the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton CA. The period of performance is 01 March 1997 -- 30 September 1997 with two on year options thereafter.
