Services include, but are not limited to: maintenance and repairs for equipment, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, pipefitting, electrical, janitorial, reception, guard services, supply activities, some construction, and monitoring of hazardeous waste storage (deposed of by another contractor). The period of performance is expected to be from July 1, 1997, through September 30, 1997, with four (4) one year options and one nine (9) month option. the solicitation will be released on or about February 5, 1997.
