Q -- RADIOLOGICAL SERVICES SOL RFP 529-8-97 DUE 033197 POC Terry Blair, (412) 477-5052 Radiological Services to be furnished at the VA Medical Center, Butler, PA, during the period 4/1/97(or date of contract award if subsequent thereto) through 3/31/98, with a one-year option to renew. Services include providing a Board-Certified Radiologist to interpret ultrasonic, fluoroscopic, vinegram, and arthogram examinations (i.e., barium enemas, GI's, IVP's), includes performing interpretation and dictation of findings of all films, along with the prompt reporting of the results, within the JCAHO guideline time frame, which is within 24 hours. All services will be performed using VA facilities, and emergencies shall be provided within 2 hours of notification of need. Radiologist will be required to be present at the facility a minimum of 3 hours per day(daylight shift), 5 days per week, excluding Federal Holidays. RFP's available 2/11/97 by written request only.
