The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire, at no cost to the Government, Civilian Enterprise Newspaper Publishing from interested publishers to produce "The Newport Navalog," a base newspaper for distribution through official channels at the Naval Education and Training Center (NETC) Newport, RI for a period of one (1) year with options for four (4) additional years. Proposals will be evaluated on a competitive basis with criteria established in the solicitation consisiting of, but not limited to: Technical and Production Capability, Services and/or Items Offered, Past Performance Record, Management Approach. Award will be made to the firm whose evaluated offer is determined to be most advantageous to the Government.
