Pricing shall be solicited from three vendors who currently have a BOA with the National Science Foundation. Only one source shall be issued an order under this Agreement. The requirement is for 6,000 copies of a 4-color (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) to include 55 FACT Sheets and existing tabs into binders. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice issolely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement on a full and open basis. This acquisition is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and is being procured within the guidelines of Simplified Acquisitions as defined by FAR. (0027)
