T -- PRODUCTION OF TWO (2) PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS (PSAS) FOR NATIONWIDE TELEVISON AND RADIO DISTRIBUTION SOL PC-97-02 DUE 031897 POC Judith Dawes, Contracting Officer, 202/606-3516 The contractor shall produce two (2) Public Service Announcements s (PSAs) for nationwide television and radio distribution. Spot #1, titled ''Profiles III'' shall be completed on or about August 1,1997; Spot 2, titled ''RPCV Profiles IV'' shall be completed on or about October 10, 1997. ''RPCV Profiles IV'' shall be the same as the first spot except edited to insert new RPCV stars. Both spots shall be produced in :60, :30, :15, and :10 second versions. This solicitation is for production only. Contracto r shall not be responsible for any duplication or distribution of the finished spots. This shall be a firm fixed-price contract. This procurement is set-aside 100 percent for small business concerns. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) for this procurement is 7812. The size standard is $21.5 million/year or less over the last three fiscal years.
