U -- ADVANCED OCCUPATIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAM SOL RFP 145-0403 DUE 031897 POC Tom Dufort, Regional Contract Specialist, 717-547-1641, extension 548 The contractor will provide an advanced occupational program to inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC) located in Danbury, CT. The course of study shall be a 1-year certificate program at a post-secondary level. Four courses shall be offered each semester at each facility. The contractor will offer two semesters of courses per contract year not to exceed a total of 660 credit hours per semester. The contractor shall provide one on-site counselor on a weekly basis. The contractor must be accredited. The base period of performance will begin on the date of award through a one-year period. Four additional one-year option periods may be exercised in accordance with the terms of the resulting contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
