The addition includes office/administrative space, conference room, kitchen and assembly area, physical fitness room, break room, library, and supporting mechanical/electrical rooms and latrines. The project also includes renovations to the existing reserve center including the lighting and storage cages. The facility also includes the construction of an Organizational Maintenance Shop with four bays, storage, office and bathroom facilities. A parachute packing and parachute storing facility with a drying tower will be constructed to support mission operations and training. The facilities will be constructed with CMU and a face brick with metal panels. All facilities have EPDM roofs. Site improvements include a parking lot, fencing, sidewalks, lighting, drainage structures and utilities, communications, landscaping and lightning protection. The project also includes installation of pre-wired workstations in the office areas. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
