Z -- REMODEL TWO (2) BUILDINGS, MILITARY PERSONNEL FLIGHT AT BEALE AFB SOL F04666-97-B0008 POC TSgt Judy McDonough, 916/634-3310, Contracting Officer Larry Fox, 916/634-3309 Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required for the partial interior demolition and remodel of two (2) existing buildings to house the offices of the Beale AFB Military Personnel Flight. Work on the project to include demolition of existing interior partitions, ceilings, doors and door frames, floor finishes, toilet rooms, electrical system(s), and certain other interior construction. New work to include new interior partitions, doors and door frames, millwork and cabinetry, ceilings, floor finishes, and electrical distribution system(s). The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 1 Apr 97 -- at no charge until supply is exhausted. Interested contractors must submit their request for solicitation in writing either by mail or by FAX. Our FAX number is (916)634-3311. WE WILL NOT HONOR TELEPHONE REQUESTS. All requests shall be on letter size stationary ONLY. Requests must include solicitation number, complete company name, address, telephone number, business size, and whether bidding as a prime or subcontractor. 9 CONS/LGCC will distribute solicitations to prime contractors only. Requests for solicitations are limited to one IFB per written request. 9 CONS/LGCC will mail the bidders mailing list upon receipt of a written request.
