The lobby will include USPS supplied service counters, post office boxes, a Postal Store with cashier station, self-service area all with standard store finishes and including electrical and HVAC work. Work will be phased to allow for continued operation in the facility. Support areas are to be remodeled and an approximately 600 sq. ft. addition is included. Windows will be replaced throughout the facility and minor exterior stone replacement is included. Construction cost range: $500,000 to $800,000. Construction completion time will be three hundred (300) calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed.
