The Engineering Logistics Center anticipates awarding a firm fixed price requirements type contract for the overhaul/repair of Pratt & Whitney Power Turbines, FT4A's (-2), (-6), and (-12). All efforts shall be in accordance with Pratt/Whitney/Turbo Power & Marine Systems, Inc. specification, standards and recommended procedures for Marine Power Turbines as stated in the Coast Guard Specification. This will be a Full and Open Competitive Requirement using OEM Pratt & Whitney parts only. The term of the contract will be a base year with one (1) option. The estimated quantity per year is two (2) each for the base year, and one (1) each in the option year. Delivery for power turbines is F.O.B. Origin. Numbered Note 22 & 26.
