99 -- DUAL GANTRY END ELIVERY GARMENT EXCHANGE SYSTEM SOL 621-31-97 DUE 031797 POC Jimmy Smiley, Contracting Officer, (423) 461-7986 Furnish and install one (1) dual gantry end delivery garment exchange system to the James H. Quillen Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tennessee in accordance with the contract specifications. The exchange system must have the capability to serve a minimum of 1120 users without reloading. The contractor must provide training on the proper use of the system to VA Environmental Management Service personnel and VA Engineering Service personnel. The contractor must deliver and install the required system within 30 calendar days after receipt of Contract Award. All requests for solicitation documents must be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing. Requests maybe tele-faxed to the Contracting Officer at (423) 461-7944.
