Under OMB Circular A-76, we are determining the availability of commercial sources for nonpersonal services to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and all other items necessary to operate Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratories (PMEL) for Peterson AFB CO (outsourcing). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8734 -- $5M. Offerors will be required to submit technical and cost proposals for evaluation purposes. The government contemplates the award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. Offerors shall submit capabilities statement to cover the following key areas: a. Management (home office/organization) staff experience; b. Technical experience; c. Past Performance (3 to 5 years) current clients and contract values, past clients and contract values; d. Other considerations: Joint ventures, teaming/partnerships and mentor protege agreements are encouraged; e. Business size status (large, small, SDB/8a, women-owned). Your submission must be received by close of business 4 Feb 97. If you have submitted your capability statement addressing the above from the first announcement, it is not necessary to re-submit.
