The National Cancer Institute, Division of Cancer Prevention and Control, Public Health Applications Branch is interested in soliciting proposals to provide technical support for the State Cancer Policy Database program (SCPD) for five years. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. The SIC code is 8742. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to firms in either the developmental or transitional state. The SCPD is the Nations' only system that has consistently monitored, categorized, and analyzed laws related to cancer in all 50 states. Through this contract, support will be provided for SCPD surveillance and program operations, information dissemination, and evaluation study of the significance and impact of state and local cancer-related policies.
