The Office of Justice Programs has a requirement for the services of a contractor to provide Technical Assistance and Support to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, its Grantees, the Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, and the Missing and Exploited Children's Program. The anticipated contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity with task orders issued on an Time and Materials basis. The contract period is anticipated to be 48 months. The proposed contractor shall provide all professional and technical personnel, clerical services, equipment, facilities and materials necessary to provide research, program development, evaluation, training, information dissemination, and research utilization activities. The work to be performed includes the following tasks: Planning and Implementing Conferences and Workshops; Conducting Studies and Assistance With the Preparation of Reports; Providing Technical Assistance and Training to Grantees andthe Juvenile Justice Community; and Analyzing and Evaluating Juvenile Justice Funded Projects. Proposal evaluation criteria will emphasize technical approach. Cost will be secondary in importance.
