ALPAY, (805) 982-0411 The Government intends to negotiate a modification to increase the quantity of travel and other direct costs to perform the services required under contract N63394-97-D-2207 with PRC, Inc. The service is to provide engineering and technical services required to plan and conduct Battle Group Systems and Combat Systems, Integration Test and Evaluation (BGSIT and CSIT) of operational computer programs for various classes of Naval Surface Combatant ships. This sole source acquisition is justified under 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), only on responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. PRC, Inc. is the only source that can provide the travel and other direct cost requirements for the services in the contract. All responsible parties may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Note 22 applies. (0028)
