The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, facilities, supervision, and management necessary to provide the delivery, set-up in place, leasing to include the general maintenance of the structure, and removal of facility upon completion of the contract term, of a new or used relocatable building ranging between 18,000 and 18,600 square feet. Relocatable dimensions will be restricted by the existing site location. Relocatable is to be located between Building 2187 and 2109 at the Naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. The building shall be complete with lighting, HVAC, utilities, (sewer, water, electrical), electric power distribution panels, telephone hookups, fire alarm, and emergency lighting. The unit shall be clean and in new or like new condition, including interior and exterior appearance. The unit shall be ready for occupancy within 90 days after award. Period of performance for the leasing will be a base period of one year with the option of 24 additional months.
