The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for removal of one existing 450 ton water cooled chiller, recovering the refrigerant in accordance with present environmental laws and guidelines, and replacing it with two 300 ton water cooled chillers, removal of one (2) cell cooling tower and replacing it with two 600 ton single cell cooling towers at the facility located at the Jacksonville, FL General Mail Facility, 1100 Kings Road. The proposal shall include an allowance amount of $39,000 for furnishing and installing all control wiring, control devices and temperature sensors, wells in 3/4" weldlets, 7 electronic flow meters in 1 1/2" condulets provided by others and control accessories.
