LOUIS, IL SOL GS05P97GAC0059 DUE 031197 POC Kim Wood, Contract Specialist, 217/492-4277 The initial solicitation work (Phase I) for this project is at the US Courthouse, 750 Missouri Ave, East St. Louis, IL, and includes but is not limited to site clearing, excavation, driven piles, asphalt paving, concrete paving, foundation drainage system, sewer work, ornamental fences and gates, cost in place concrete, pipe rails, composite waterproofing, exterior lighting, and miscellaneous electrical work. In addition, the solicitation will be modified (Phase II) to include work at the Federal Building, 650 Missouri Avenue. This work will be improvements to the parking lot including the construction of a cul-de-sac which will connect the 650 and 750 building parking lots via Seventh Street which will become part of the parking complex. Specifications will be available on or about February 13, 1997. Negotiated bids will be due by 4:00 pm on March 11, 1997. Completion time for this project is 240 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated financial range for both Phases I and II is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1542, with an industry small business size standard of an average annual gross revenue of $17.0 million for the last three (3) years.
