Work consists of interior electrical work, cabinet, and counter work, painting, flooring, carpentry, demolition, plumbing, and miscellaneous items for the renovation of kitchens and bathrooms. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A February 24, 1997. Documents to be available at a nonrefundable charge of $30.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $16.00. Full-size drawings alone may be purchased for $14.00 a set.
