General construction comprises replacing existing buried diesel fuel tanks and associated piping with new double wall diesel fuel tank, associated piping and a leak detection system at (20) Launch Facilities (LF's); repair twelve (12) existing buried diesel fuel tanks, replacement of associated welded piping and installation of a leak detection system; replacement of fifteen (15) buried diesel fuel tanks along with associated piping with a new double wall diesel fuel tank, associated piping and leak detection system; removal and disposal of fifteen (15) diesel fuel tanks; installation of electric heaters in twelve (12) gauges; and the removal and replacement of pavements at fifteen (15) Missile Alert Facilities. Work is in a restricted area. Work consists of a 390 day performance period. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
