This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings. It is restricted to the following approved source: BHTI, Fort Worth, TX. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer and provide supporting evidence which will permit their participation in the current or future solicitations. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is being procured under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). See Note 22.
