Furnish all labor and equipment to mow approximately 480 miles of roads in the Chattahoochee National Forest. Mower shall be a flail head or rotary cutter capable of cutting trees up to 4 inches diameter. Rotary cutter shall be 5 ft. diam. with 2 sets of blades (minimum). Mower boom shall have a reach of 17 ft. and be able to mow at any angle within the 270 degree rotation of the cutting head. Boom and articulation shall be hydraulically operated.
