Basic services include mowing, trimming, edging, grounds raking, cemetery maintenance, drain channel maintenance and herbicide application. Additional work that may be ordered includes mowing, edging, trimming, grounds raking, fertilizing, liming, sodding, seeding and erosion control. Contractor shall have a minimum of three years experience in successfully operating a grounds maintenance operation with similar acreage (approximately 3100)and variety of services.
