Existing and created slash and brush shall be mulched, chopped or chewed up so that it is within eight inches of the ground surface. Piling of slash will be done by means of a Contractor furnished and Contractor operated grapple type machine. Project is approximately 518 acres on the Bend/Fort Rock Ranger District. Approximate start date is 06/01/97. Contract time is approximately 75 days. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. (0029)
