Letterkenny Army Depot intends to award a contract on a sole source basis for technical assistance services for ATAAPS Windows System. The subject technical analyst providing the technical assistance must be trained and experienced in the development of client server data processing systems. Detailed knowledge in the use of the Power Builder Version 5.0 development suite of software is a requirement. Specific knowledge of the SyBase SQL Anywhere (formerly WATCOM) Data Base is required. The technical analyst must be a certified, advanced concepts, Power Builder instructor, and a Powersoft Corporation consulting partner. The service will be for 89 days. This requirement will be sole source, to Executive Management Systems, Leesburg, VA. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is 29 January 1997.
