R -- SPONSORSHIP/IN KIND DONATIONS FOR THE IMMIGRATION CELEBRATION SOL SVS-SCS-107-97 DUE 042697 POC Shani Johnson, (907) 552-5900, FAX (907) 552-9250. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Imagination Celebration given by the Child Development Center to be held on April 26, 1997. This childrens event will be part of the Air Force 50th Anniversary Celebration. We would like to have sponsors donate gift certificates ranging from $5.00 to 500.00. The donated gift certificates or items could be any of the following: children's toys, bicycles or like items, fishing, sightseeing trips or tours, art supplies such as paints, crayons, paper, etc. We would be open to all or any suggestions for donations. The items will be given away at the event as door drawings and winners for the various contest or section awards for each event. The total sponsorship for this event would be approximately $1000 to $2000. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. We would accept part or all of the items requested, depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in all areas on the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event is encouraged. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 14 April 1997. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government.
