R -- TRADE SHOW SUPPORT SERVICES SOL 1PI-R-0701-97 DUE 032097 POC Contract Specialist, MITCHELL, BETH, 202/508-3960 UNICOR intends to enter into a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract for a full service trade show firm to support, for one year and four one option years, 30 or more commercial and government trade shows /conferences, build/design crates for storage, and store trade show exhibit items. Delivery/location will be designated on each task order. Evaluation factors: Price, Past Performance, Technical: configure trade show components and UNICOR products/services within parameters of the physical location of the trade show via using a CAD-CAM computer system, provide design and floor layout. Storage facility must have a controlled climatic environment for UNICOR products and trade show components with excellent warehouse operations. Previous knowledge of Federal Government and can travel within a 24 hour notice, work overtime, weekends, holidays. Must have outstanding organizational skills to support trade shows. Must be able to design and fabricate complimentary trade show modular units as needed to compliment existing exhibits. Must be able to build/design crates for storage of trade show items. Experience of managers and background of contract support personnel. Design, modify or update existing trade show components. Approximate due date for proposals is 3/20/97.
