The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) intends to issue Request for proposal (RFP) W-D-15377 for training and education services for the Training and Development Division. The successful contractor will be required to assist in the development of training materials, to include computer based simulations, perform training sessions and provide expert management consulting in support of NASA Management/Executive /Development Programs. The tasks to be performed include:design, development and conducting research to determine NASA specific human resources and organization development requirements;design and develop activities which will enable the training and development division to respond to identified requirements;conduct organization and human resources development activities;provide feedback reports to executives and managers concerning their individual practices, organizational behavior, and climate; and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of NASA development activities. NASA intends to award an indefinite quantity type contract for a period of one year with four one year priced options. This proposed contract is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. SIC code 8299 applies; average annual sales over the past three years must not exceed $5.0 M.
