Furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and supervision necessary for the installation of geomembrane liners inside three containment dikes; removal of an oil/water separator and underground waste oil storage tank; installation of weir manhole and new oil/water separator; installation of high level sensors and controls to notify operators and stop pumps; provide tank repairs; provide pressure test of fuel lines; relocate three security lights; clear a 20 foot wide clear zone outside of the security fence; repair the perimeter road; and incidental related work.
