Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to construct (1) pavement patches; (2) pavement overlays; (3) new pavement and base; (4) pavement markings; (5) mineral aggregate shoulders and base; and (6) pavement removal, grading, compacting, herbicide application and other related work, all as designated by Delivery Orders that will be issued to the Contractor for a period not to exceed one year from the date of the contract award. The Government may exercise a second year option on this contract. The Davis Bacon wage rate will not be adjusted in the option year. Cost estimate is between $250,000-$500,000.
