Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to (1) construct new walks; (2) remove and replace existing walks or slabs; (3) overlay existing walks and slabs; (4) construct and remove curbs; (5) construct handicap ramps; (6) construct paved ditches and minor drainage items; and (7) complete minor miscellaneous related work, all as designated by Delivery Orders that will be issued to the Contractor for a period not to exceed one year from the date of the contract award. The Government may exercise a second year option on this contract. The Davis Bacon wage rate will not be adjusted in the option year. Cost estimate is between $250,000.00-$500,000.00. Time for completion is 12 months. Solicitation will issue on or about February 25, 1997. (0029)
