The work includes removal of the following materials: exterior asbestos
siding, roof's shingles and felts, interior partitions and observation
windows, suspended acoustical ceiling systems hardboard wall panels
counters and shelving, entire secondary electrical system including
panels and main switches, interior and exterior lighting systems, fire
protection, fire sprinklers and piping, entire heating and HVAC
systems, louvers, rolling doors and frames, personnel doors and frames,
windows and frames, transite wall panels, vinyl asbestos floor tiles
and mastic, asbestos pipe insulation and asbestos pipe insulation
debris, materials containing lead paint, one 500 gallons overhead tank
including asbestos plumbing insulation fixtures and piping, carpet,
floor drains, concrete wall base and ceramic flooring and tiling; and
the installation of the following new materials: roof shingles and
insulation, rolling doors and frames, exterior and interior personnel
doors and frames, exterior windows and frames, interior partitions and
observation windows, ceramic floors and walls, vinyl floors, interior
painting including walls, doors, frames and concrete floors, exterior
wall insulation and finish, entire air handling heating system and
self containing heat pumps, louvers, entire secondary electrical system
including panels and main switches, interior and exterior lighting
systems, plumbing fixtures and piping, sumps, fire protection and alarm
systems and incidental related work. The proposed contract listed here
is unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained in
DFAR 2532.219-7003, entitled "NOTICE OF EVALUATION PREFERENCE FOR SMALL
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERNS". The applicable SIC code is 1542 with
a size standard of $17.0M. The estimate cost range is $500,000.00 to
