The work is located in the Mississippi River approximately 10 river miles downstream of Memphis, Tennessee for Dismal Point and 90 miles downstream of Memphis, Tennessee for Kangaroo Point. The estimated cost of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656. To qualify as a small business concern, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $17.0 million.
