Speights (Site Code W31XNJ) Project Information: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract to support EPA Regions IV, and VI for the Restoration of Residences in Coastal Mississippi and Southern Alabama, affected by the Methyl Parathion Pesticide. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, equipment, labor & materials for the restoration of residential dwellings in the Biloxi, Pascagoula, MS & surrounding areas. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with Multiple awards and Firm Fixed Price Task Orders issued against the contract. All awardees shall be Licensed and Bonded General contractors, with multimillion dollar bonding capacity. Performance and payment bonds from U.S. Treasury Listed Companies shall be required. Restoration shall include, but shall not be limited to: Furnish and apply base primer and finish coat paint to walls, ceiling surfaces, edges of subfloors. Furnish, install and remove all masking. Furnish and install & finish carpentry trim (i.e., base cove molding, door trim, banisters, handrails, etc.). Furnish and install kitchen, bath, and storage cabinets, countertops, and shelving. Make all necessary plumbing connections. Furnish and install kitchen and bathroom fixtures including plumbing connections. Cover, protect, move, and or store existing furnishings away from construction work, uncover, clean, and put in place. Furnish and install electric outlet cover plates, switchplates, etc. Reconnect major appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Remove all construction debris and clean upon completion of work. Clean floors, walls, baseboards, cabinets, counters, fixtures, windows, etc. Provide all permits, licenses and insurance applicable for the type of work specified.
