Provide all plant, labor equipment, materials, services, incidentals, and supplies for the preparation of the project site and perform all work necessary for the demolition of the existing aircraft door and its components including rails, steel framing, controls, electrical work, motors, counterweights, structural roof framing and roof deck, metal side and fascia panels, and gas-fired infra-red heaters and construction of the structural roof framing and roof deck with insulation and membrane roofing, vertical lifting fabric door with all associated work, electrical power and lighting, patching concrete slabs-on-grade, metal fascia, and gas-fired infra-red heaters. All work must be completed with 180 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice To Proceed. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. Bid Opening will be at 2:00 p.m. local time, on or about Tuesday, March 18, 1997. Solicitation will indicate exact bid opening date. Limited sets of bidding documents will be made available to prime contractors only on a "first come" basis until exhausted by written request accompanied with a check for $100.00 non-refundable made payable to U.S. Treasury to the Contracting Office, USPFO for Nevada, NVMD-PFO-PC, 2601 S.
