The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision and management necessary for removing damaged or broken glass from the opening, cleaning the frame, replacement of glass, cleaning glass surfaces, clean-up and removal of replaced glass, installation of reflective glass tinting film, cleaning and resealing existing glazing channels and incidental related work. (The Family Housing Area is excluded from the scope of the contract. This is an Quantity type contract. The term of the contract will be for a 12 month basic year with two (2) twelve month option period years to be executed at the Government's option. The minimum guaranteed amount for the base year is $8,000.00 and $8,000.00 for each option year. The Davis Bacon wage rate will not be adjusted in the option years.
