Scope of Services: Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and supervision necessary to maintain the Over-the Horizon Backscatter (OTH-B) Radar system in a caretaker status. Services primarily include maintaining equipment, facilities, and grounds at both the East Coast Radar System (ECRS) and the West Coast Radar System (WCRS). We will conduct a pre-solicitation conference on 27 Feb 97, 9:00 A.M. at the Crestar Bank Building, 11817 Canon Blvd., Suite 302, Newport News VA to discuss small business potential, RFP requirements (commercial possibilities), and technical requirements. In preparation for the meeting, we have developed a draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) and it is available for comment on the HQ ACC/LGC homepage at www.acclog.af.mil lgc business business1.htm. (This acquisition will emphasize maximum use of the Internet). If you do not have Internet access, a hard copy can be requested from Capt Devallon. Contractors are encouraged to visit si! tes, review SOO on internet, and a ttendpre-solicitation conference. All firms interested in attending the pre-solicitation conference shall forward company name and attendees no later than 25 Feb 97 to Capt Abner Devallon either by Fax (757) 764-9297, or e-mail: devalloa@acccons.langley.af.mil. All interested parties should provide information concerning their company's capability to provide the services described herein. Your information should include a brief capabilities statement, including previous experience and/or additional information which supports your ability to fulfill this requirement. This information shall not exceed five pages in total length and must be received by the date of the pre-solicitation conference.
