Training will begin immediately after acceptance of the equipment. Delivery of all items is required within 240 days after contract award. Delivery will be FOB Destination to DSCR-MC, Maintenance Depot Mechanicsburg, ATTN: AL CHROMER, BLDG. 406, BAY C-21, 5450 CARLISLE PIKE, MECH. PA 17055. Inspection/Acceptance shall be at destination. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies, the Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability, including quality, of the item offered to meet Government requirement; (ii) past performance; (iii) price. Technical capability and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than cost or price. The technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement must be established in order for the offer to be considered for award of a contract. The technical capability evaluation shall consider the technical information provided as required by DSCR provision 52.214-9G01, Descriptive Literature -- IPE, included in the Addendum to clause 52.212-1, and clarifications during discussions (if conducted). VENDORS MUST SUPPLY SUFFICIENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO DETERMINE THAT THE ITEMS BEING OFFERED MEET THE REQUIREMENTS STATED ABOVE.
