70 -- MIGRATION OF ADP EQUIPMENT SOL DCA20097Q0066 DUE 022897 POC Art Kruse (618)256-9735, Datafax (618)256-9414 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Computer Technology Division, Procurement Branch (DTS42) intends to award a contract for the migration of ADP Equipment from Port Hueneme, CA to DMC Mechanicsburg, PA. This migration will consist of the following tasks: Deinstallation, packing, transportation, reinstallation and certification of various ADP equipment. This is to commence by 24 Mar 97 and be completed by 11 Apr 97. Deinstallation, removal, transportation, and delivery of Bus and Tag cables. This is to commence by 31 Mar 97 and be completed by 11 Apr 97. A site survey may be arranged at contractor's expense by contacting the DITCO point of contact identified above. Companies who can provide this service must indicate their interest within 15 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide wirtten notification to the contracting office. Datafax requests are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals. The resultant contract will be a firm, fixed price contract. All responses from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contrct.
