Officer The Bureau of Land Management, (BLM), has the requirement for
the varieties and quantities of seed listed below. Bids may be
submitted for either certified or non certified seed, or both. The
Government reserves the right to award on any item bid in either
category, or a combination of categories. In the event of award based
on a combination of certified and non certified seed, the total amount
of seed purchased will not exceed the quantity specified. Awards will
be based upon the lowest pure live seed (PLS) price offered for each
item or a combination of items. Awarded dollar amount will be based on
the bulk price per pound. Awards may be made on higher PLS price
certified seed versus a non certified PLS priced seed of the same
variety. When a variety is not specified, the government may award on
a higher PLS price based on preference. The letter(s) printed next to
the seed variety listed in this notice indicates the following: the
letter "(B)" denotes a bid may be received for either certified or non
certified, or both, the letter "(C)" denotes Certified only, the
letter "(N)" denotes non certified only. "(VN)" denotes variety not
specified for the non certified category only. Seed requirements are:
