Price, IL; Scott AFB, IL; Little Rock AFB, AR; Ft Leavenworth, KS The contractor will be responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, displaying, merchandising, and processing products for sale to commissary customers. The government will furnish secure space in each commissary for the contractor operated delicatessen and bakery. The contractor will retain ownership of the deli/bakery products until purchased by the commissary customer. Performance period is Base Year, June 1, 1997 through May 31, 1998, and four option years.
