NSN 9830-01-318-5797, Firm (not interruptible) Delivery of Natural Gas to Armenia to two power stations and a gas storage facility within Armenia, estimated quantity 292 million cubic meters (mcm's). Delivery shall be at a rate ranging from 3.0 to 4.5 mcm's/day. Delivery shall commence on April 30, 1997 and end on/about August 5, 1997. The gas transit fee within Armenia to all delivery sites shall be $3.75/1000 cubic meters. The contractor must also arrange for an independent surveyor to monitor quality and volume of delivered gas. IFB's (Invitation for Bids) will be primarily issued on 3.25" floppy discs. A very limited number of hard copies will be available. All requests for this IFB must be made in writing addressed to: U.S. Agency for International Development, M/OP/ENI/EPE, Room 1402, SA-14, Washington, D.C. 20523-1415, Attn: Richard Mann. Requests must refer to IFB # M/OP-97-167. Requests must include four self-addressed mailing labels. Facsimile, verbal, and e-mail requests for the IFB will notbe honored. This IFB is anticipated to be mailed via USPS no earlier than February 18, 1997. Limited copies of the IFB shall be made available for pick up/walk-in no earlier than 3 days after the issuance date. Requests for receipt of the IFB via courier will not be honored. Only one request for the IFB per organization will be honored.
