Fort Myer Drive, Suite 500, Rosslyn, VA 22209. This contractual action which will modify the existing BMC3/SE&I contract HQ0006-95-C-0018, is for the design and development of the High Fidelity System Simulation (HFSS) in support of the National Missile Defense (NMD) Program.
